How close to a million did we get in 2017? I can see Toronto keep going up as some 905ers move back here and the lower end of condos gets a bump.

I was a bit concerned about all the new inventory in Durham but seems this is completely normal for this time of year and it's actually still less than 20% of 2020 inventory.
Meanwhile sales up 54%.
Still lowest MOI in GTA at 0.58. Toronto still the worst at 1.03. Which is still crazy tight.

People were also saying deals would fall through because they wouldn't appraise.
I don't see any being reposted that fell through. The market has been hot for over 3 months now.

It's kind of mind boggling how much money too.
Like imagine if you are a couple good income earners and make $160k.
You have $1 million to put down.
You can still only afford an average house

I don't think I have ever seen all segments of the market being hot at once.
The hottest segments are the cheapest ones.
Houses under $1.25m are at 0.7 months of inventory and condos under $800k are at 0.9 months of inventory. More specifically condos between the prices of $500k-$700k, sitting at 0.6 Months of Inventory
