Fernbrook - Crawford Towns Milton

Just wondering if anyone bought into this townhouse development in Milton and if you're aware of what the progress is thus far?

Are you aware of Fernbrook's general reputation as a builder?

Thanks.

I believe construction will start at the end June 2021 as per builder, They have recently completed condo project in Milton Art on Main and their finishes were of very good quality.

that's great to hear. do you think price point on it was good?

There isn't much in the market for 650K but the stacked version makes it a little less appealing than a regular townhouse I think.

Their price point was always on upper side , so only the time will tell if it was good decision or not. As Mattamy just release today 3 story townhouses for 750ish in East Milton.
But if you get townhouse at their first release prices were better then their last release.

Stacked are a serious noise concern. You will likely hear your neighbours above and below most likely walking around. If stacked get the top unit or don’t bother.

Pricing seems very reasonable.

Strongly disagree. Bought two homes from Fernbrook. Terrible worksmanship and post-closing support.

Fernbtook is nice on the outside. They do build a higher end product....there are some beautiful townhouses by them.

However, I’ve heard their workmanship is ok at best and their customer support sucks.

Like most builders not named trifle and Daniels. There are some other good ones in there but the list is long full of subpar builders which is the norm here.
