Festival Condos Vaughan - where’s the hype?

Curious, I follow this section of RFD a lot but haven’t noticed much talk about this master planned community.

4 towers next to the TTC subway in an emerging downtown Vaughan core by highway 400. Is this not a good investment?

If you had around 75k to invest right now, between this and Brightwater in Port Credit, where would you put your money?

I’m seriously considering getting a unit here. Would be my first real estate investment.

I saw the email come out today for Festival. The price was not listed. Do you know what the psf rate is?

No idea on pricing but the email says it’s launching this week. Will update once I get it.

What should be a good $/sf for that area for investment purposes ?

If the price is right, this will be a good investment on subway line in master planned community.

Rather look at Brightwater at that price. Will hold better value.

lol $1k PSF... can get post-2018 occupied resale at Yonge/Eglinton in that price range

Prices are also closer to 950/sqft.

$1000/sqft on the smallest units. Goes up to $1050 depending on floor/view

1+D and 2B are closer to $950

Of course these are just the hints given, actual prices lunch on Friday.

950 is good for the area IMO.

Is parking 55,000?

But I won’t buy here,. I have transit city here in this area.

Next purchase will be a freehold again. Not a big fan of condos.
