Actually, the market still says downtown is prime real estate. Smart investors think long term. Long term downtown is a far better play than the burbs for condos. I don't even think it's debatable. But I do hope more people think downtown condos are terrible investments and condos in the burbs are better. It means I'll be able to get back into the market.

It's not a case of demand, its a case of out of the 1300 units, they're releasing a tiny fraction of them. There are already far more worksheets than there are units, so you can consider the project sold out.

Haha been saying they’d do that from the very start. Likely will go up in $10k increments, to most people it will be immaterial and won’t sway them either way...especially since only a “price range” was posted, to the builder, it will add millions over the 1300 units being released.

I think they only released south building today.
Was hoping for a unit on the north side with parking..looks like they will release it next week with higher prices....

a lot of people don't understand the precon game

there's probably only 40 to 50 legitimate platinum agents in Toronto.

most agents have "platinum access" to one of these agents.

Do you have any details of how many units were released? And they were all sold out? Any idea if they will increase the price on the next release?

they won't give that info. and no its not sold out

menkes likes to slowly release batches and increase prices.
