I changed my mind. I COULD like this but we need to see prices. But I’d go for parking either way.
I do not need approval, I do not need friends. I do what I want.

The range for the 1Bs are pretty wide. Between $1,000-1,100...so I am assuming they will lean to the higher end if demand is high enough?

And how much is parking?

This is one of a kind...these builders are just enticing buyers with these extended deposit structures.

This shouldnt have a problem selling.

Floor plans seem pretty functional with no weird angles or excessive wasted space

But $1000+sqft plus parking (still need parking in vmc). I may maybe stick with Markham centre in terms of a rental income perspective. They are still coming with parking I think?

They didn’t release that info unfortunately but I had a chat with them at the agent event I was told between 40-50k, and wouldn’t be available to 1 Bedrooms. I would estimate $45k.

It's on the expensive side for sure, but it's a unique development that I think will do well long term - top notch builder, top notch facilities, and top notch neighbourhood development. Kind of like comparing a Lexus to a Toyota , Lexus will be pricier despite both of them being able to get you from point a to b.

I agree, I have no interest in this as an investor.

Same price as what I paid for Line 5 Condos 2 years ago.

Too much.

I wonder how pre construction realtors plan on pushing this project with a straight face lol. I know I couldn't do it.

Close to subway and big box stores. Like any new condo in the GTA the pricing seems outrageous initially but looks good when looking back at it in a few years. This is targeted for investors. Condos will most likely be occupied by renters.
