The zoomer has $100 credit if you sign 2 years + 10% off each month. Hmmmmm

Anyway, the 6s does support iOS14 Smiling Face With Open Mouth And Cold Sweat

Curious, would the 2gb bonus work with talk & text only?

So $35/month for unlimited talk/text & 2gb bonus?

If you could stack the $5 off for 24months, that would be a nice low cost talk/text/data plan...

How many day time Canada minutes does this plan have? It's not clear.

How do I get the 7GB for $45? I only see 5GB for $45.

No. I had live chat with Fido. Their answer is:

"Francesco7:47 AM
If you take a talk and text plan, no data bonus will be compatible.
You need to have a voice and data plan to get the bonus."

You're not really locked into the 6s. The plan is cheap itself. Just sell the iphone 6s and use whatever phone you have now. Too bad I took the telus epp deal...I still have 15 days to change my mind though.
Careful: you aren't locked into USING the 6S for the next 2 years, but you ARE locked into this plan for the next 2 years (since the massively overinflated 'value' of the 6S is >$600, you can't cancel without paying a good chunk of that back).

The plan isn't a bad deal, you're on a Big3 network, at full LTE speed, so sticking with it for the next 2 years isn't a bad idea. But be aware, if circumstances change, you could be on the hook for FAR more than a 6S is worth.

I'm seeing...
7gb for $40 (5+2 bonus gb)
or
7gb for $45 with iPhone 6s (which is available only in Gold and pink)

What if you already have a line with Fido?
Do you just move your number to the new line and cancel the old one?

Be sure to explain in very small words to anyone who complains about the 6s why they are mistaken. I, personally, do not have the patience for these morons again.
Wow, somebody got up on the wrong side of the bed.

I pay $50/month for 15GB of data, right now. So I'm not part of your 'moron' class.

Back on topic: this deal is 'worth it' ONLY if you plan to keep the plan for 24 months. Given the cost, and the data volume, I'd say a large majority of people will match this plan well.

That said, if circumstances change, you need to be aware that you could owe Fido FAR more than the phone is worth today. So, not 'free', in that case.

Fido is BS, just trying to get rid of some old stock.
As long as you stick with the plan for 24 months, you never 'pay' that $625, so it doesn't apply.

And ya, Fido is trying to get rid of old stock, what's wrong with that?

As long as you are OK with this plan for 24 months, go for it, sell the 6S for $175 on kijiji, and call it a day.

Is there a way to do this with the iPhone SE 2020? Since it would be the same price, it should work out to the same but the phone is leaps and bound better.

Now, I'm not sure that the 5GB we see here includes the additional 2GB or will it be added on top, if it is added then that makes it an even better deal -- 7GB for $40/mo.

This one says $10 off for 12 months then $5 off for the next 12 months.
