I would still be suspicious of that $10 discount being permanent. I went through that myself, and got told over and over that there are no more permanent discounts. See if the next rep you speak to can check which code was used to grant it, just so you have more information if problems come up in the future.
You know its funny because I was thinking the same thing about the 5 extra gbs. Oh well, ill take it. As far as im concerned, it is permanent. Maybe they lied to me? Who knows at this point, lots of shade stuff they say just to get you off their line. Oh well.

Yaaaa you definitely should have gotten an offer, something like $5 more for 5gb more, with similar offers above that. There is a problem somewhere.

The bad news is that these sorts of offers are system generated, and the problem likely exists in the system missing your account for some inexplicable reason. There is a very, very small possibility that the problem exists with the website just not showing the offers the system says you're eligible for, but that is a very, very small possibility.

You should, however, call in anyway. They should be able to do something for you. Aim for a $10 monthly discount or 5gb of bonus data.

If you need 35gb monthly worth it. If not then stay with your current plan.

I just chatted with them as I have a $10/mo discount on the 10gb/$50 a month plan... they said if I switched to the 20gb or any other, I would lose that discount. YMMV.

Fido pretty much only offers plans that are more expensive than what the customer currently has.

E.g, Existing customer on $45 for 2 GB. Fido won't offer anything less than $55. Oh you're potentially a new customer? Then for $45 we'll give you 15 GB!

Right. But they have been aggressively offering people more data for more money. Those plans are exactly the sort of ones they're making offers to.

Port your number to other carrier then you'll receive a call after porting out for a Winback offer.

What's your month-to-month usage? I'm wondering if they target heavy data users. I barely use my 15 GB and I've never received an offer since I signed up in January 2020. I have the original $50/15 GB win-back plan with Fido.

I only get offered $90/50gb and $70/40gb /facepalm
The latter is only $5 more than my current for more than double data, but it's still just more money coming outSleepy Face

I have an offer for 35GB for 65/month

I'm currently getting 10Gb for 55/month and it's more than enough. Don't think I'm gonna bite the bullet.

Is there any way to ask for it? I have 2 lines, 1 with 12GB for $55 and 1 with 1GB for $45. Obviously not optimal compared to what's being offered to a lot of you.
Your own fault not switching providers sooner. There is zero advantage in staying so long with one company. Port over and wait for winback offer, rinse and repeat every 1-2 years.

My Rogers exclusive offer is hilarious. On a plan that is $40/5Gb they are offering $45/5Gb. What a deal.

Opposite. They only target lighter users who aren't fulfilling their current data quota.

You haven't gotten one because you're already on a loyalty plan.
