The best strategy would be taking advantage of this offer and combine with coming boxing day/ new year device upgrade offer.
If no idea device provided then just cancel it. You have $100 gift card in pocket minus less than 1 month service fee. Nothing to complain.

$50 for 5gb of data and a $100 Amazon GC is pretty hot.

Any idea how long the +3gb promo lasts though?

I got a confirmation when I checked out but I didn't save it. It didnt say anything in the email so I did a live chat. This is what they told me after 10 minutes of looking in to my account:

It says 7 business day when place the order, but customer support confirm it will be sent in 2 weeks for me also.
