Currently with Fido on $45 4GB plan and noticed a free upgrade to 9GB on my account. Any downside? I have no device on the plan so can cancel anytime as I'm waiting to see what comes up on Boxing Day if any, not getting hopes up though.

If you have a $10 monthly credit, I think you lose that if you upgrade.

I see they have a 4GB $45 with 10 month $10 discount for Boxing Day. I had the 45-10 BF deal until I returned the phone a week later.

I got the offer on both of my lines. Live chatted an agent about the $10 off and they said it will be removed if I upgrade to the 9gb for $45. Don’t really need the extra data so I will stick with 4gb for $45 to keep the $10 off.
