I saw in a Fido booth at Markville Mall. Looks like decent BYOP deal.
*Edit* it's $10 off for 12 months. But there'll be other deals between now and next Black Friday.

Both new and existing customers can have the deal, only difference for existing customer is no LD.

I'm already on a 55 cad 6 GB plan. Will I be able to shift to the 40 cad plan? Or is this only for new activations..?

Still not as good as Back to school $40 6gb 1000 Int'l mins back in Sept.

if you don't have a contract you should be able to. but if they are being a xxxx about it i'm sure other carriers will match it.

Ouch, if this is only for 12 months, then that's not a very good deal. If it was the life of the plan, then I would say it's a worthy plan for $40/4GB. I didn't jump on the $40/6GB plan, oh wells...

It was new activation. Fido set up booths across some university and college campuses. And one of my friend was able to get it at a Fido Corp store in Vancouver.
