Both my friend and I just signed up with Fido and got that $120 credits to spend in a Fido corporate store but man, the selection are crab...cheap cases going for 45$ that can be had on Amazon for $10. This is the one near South of Eaton Centre, next to Shopper's.

I think best bang for buck would be AirPods Pro, AirPods 2nd gen or

AirPods 3rd gen ($5/month for total of $120)

I got this offer but I don't know how to use it. Can I use it in any fido store?

The way they said it is so confusing:

Hi [redacted] l, it's Fido Waving Hand Sign. Thanks for your recent purchase!

Quick reminder, you're now eligible to get $120 in bill credits on accessories when you finance them with Fido Payment Program with a minimum purchase of $120 worth of accessories (if you haven't already). Go on and gear up with the latest and greatest headphones, cases, screen protectors and more.Sparkles Find a store now White Right Pointing Backhand Index fido.ly/stores

Hurry, you only have 30 days from the time of your upgrade or new activation to benefit from this deal. Questions? fido.ca/contactus.

The purpose of this 'credit' is to keep you with them as the credit is spread out into 24 months, each month, you get a credit of $5, if your accessories is more, you paid the difference. So if you port out later, you'll have to pay the remaining cost.

I haven't got anything yet as there wasn't anything good left, will try Yorkdale tomorrow.

Google Nest Audio for $80 (retail price is $130)

Google nest mini for $29.99 (retail is $69.99)

Got them at Scarborough Town Centre Fido location. I had to add one more item worth over $10 to make it $120 to qualify for the offer.. lol.

It's actually up-to the Fido employees to tell you what good options you have for the accessories as not everything is out on display. Most things on the wall are ridiculously overpriced. The guy I met was really good and offered a few good options.

I thought their price for the AirPods (2nd gen) was $180? So it would still be $2.5/month for 2 years.

My mistake, you're correct it's only $2.5 a month so we would only spend $60 of the credit and can get other things as well to reach the $120 credit

Is this only for those that activated at a fido corp store? Or valid for costco and bestbuy as well?

New Fido customers - does your mobile plan details on your account look completely different to what you were offered? Mine does!!

I was offered 40/12gb now it reflects as 50/12gb

And the phone plan was around 35/month but reflects as 53/month (full price)

I hope I wasn't screwed by the kiosk guys!!

It's a $50 plan with a $10 monthly credit for your first 15 months.

Went to fairview yesterday and after queuing up for so long, rep said pick up the accessories asap coz they’re very busy. Nothing seemed to be worth it, and the rep kept showing me otter box for $100…

Walked out thinking someone’s definitely gonna post how to get the best value from this on RFD.. Grinning Face With Smiling Eyes

I’d think a MagSafe charger ($55) should be a good investment here, but MagSafe cases were over 70 bucks…
