Called Rogers to see if they can maintain my 500u for $37 promo expiring in a few months and was offered my same 500u plan but for $50 all in.

Thanks OP.
Gonna try negotiating with Rogers first. If they won’t budge then I’ll jump on this for sure.
Just a quick question. Will I need a router if I switch to Fido? Because I didn’t need 1 with Rogers Ignite. If yes, which router would you guys recommend?
TIA.

I just tried to renew my Rogers $38 / 150u promo rate citing the Fido promo and the best Rogers can offer is $45.

Anyone else have better luck at renewing?

I pay around 70 taxes in for 500u (Rogers), I was offered the same price for 1 Gig line. Honestly at best, shared lines do not make sense, but it's okay. I basically need to get my bill lower not higher speed.

Also any activation charges for this ?

Question to people using 75M is it good for multiple 4k streaming and VPN?

Rogers and Fido has the exact same modem so answer to your question is NO.
