The way these companies have these plans priced out at $75 for 30 GB, and $65 for 20 GB, you would think that they would have a $55 for 10 GB plan.
how do i remove my signature?

They could, but they won’t.

Hell, they could have one for even $45 for 15GB if they wanted to.

But. They. Won’t. Confused Face

LOL, i only got the 10gb for 75$
Boggles my mind how artificially inflated the prices are in Canada compared to the rest of the world.

I was offered $65/mo for 20 GB. It popped up when I logged into the Fido site.

I didn't go for it because I already have the $60/mo for 15 GB plan. And with all of this working from home, I am hardly even using 1 GB per month. Face With Tears Of Joy

Thanks OP. I just found same offer in my account. Picked up for the line where I was paying $85 for 10 GB data. Don't need so much data but it helped lower my bill by $10 so worked out well for me.

They save those rates for winback offers. Recent Fido winback offer to me was 15 GB for $50/month.
Basil: Well, may I ask what you were expecting to see out of a Torquay hotel bedroom window? Sydney Opera House, perhaps? The Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically -?

Why would they do that??? You're fired from marketing strategies

I have 10Gb for $40 with them (got the free 5gb) I have never gone over 5gb. Who needs 30gb!? That seems insane to me... Especially with more people at home right now

I needed 10-15GB/month when I worked at the office but now I'm working from home and barely crack 5gb/month. These companies are so out of touch its hilarious.

They do! And I've been offered $55/10GB multiple times over the last year, and I still have the offer right now:

I currently pay $50 for 8GB, so it makes sense that Fido would want to upsell me for this plan. Since I barely use 4GB in a non-COVID month, I'm actually looking to go down to Public/Zoomer, LOL. The key to getting the plan you want is to be BYOD and be paying less than the plan you want. You'll never get an offer for a $55 plan if you're already paying $60+

No offence, but what makes you say that? Different countries have different things priced according to the local market, life style expectations and economies of scale. Just for kicks, check the housing prices in US, Canada and UK

Housing is not a relevant benchmark for mobile plans. WTH?
Look up Norway house prices and mobile plans, just for kicks.
Canada has an artificially maintained expensive mobile market with the only objecting in sight being profit. We pay amongst the highest rates in the world. The 2 big players kill all competition and act simply evil.
