Saw Samsung S10+ for $12.92/mo on one of my lines. Not sure if the $100 bill credit is included but seems to be warm.

Yeah. The S10+ is $20/month for me, which is still cheaper than that $25/month listed if I am not signed in.
Good price for you.
$100 bill credit should be extra.

Yes I noticed this yesterday: S10+ for $12.92 plus $100 bill credit.
Unfortunately this only works if I am to upgrade my current line, this option doesn't seem to be available when I use the "Add a line" option.
I tried to speak to Winback (2nd line was with Fido previously), no go.
Spoke to CS, no go.

I spoke to live chat and asked if the pixel 5 was eligible for the $100 credit and they said yes. Its there any way to make sure I'll receive the credit before upgrading? I don't want to upgrade and find out I actually wasn't eligible
