Source? Not on the website that I could see.

Used to be $32.50 and $37.50 for 75u and 150u respectively.

Looks the non discounted prices went up by 10 recently. So the 50 percent nets out higher now. Do chat or call and ask for promo

Sad that they've bumped up the prices... as others have pointed out, these used to be $32.50 and $37.50, respectively. I just locked in another year at $32.50 a couple month ago.

what's the real world speed when you do speedtest on your 75Mbps plan?

Is the price locked in or the discount? I did the same last month, and not sure if I will see a price increase.

Hm... a couple months ago, you mean during black friday, back to school and boxing week? When all the carriers had promotions?

You got a promotional price during a promotional period... Why is it "sad" that people don't save $5 off an internet plan that would cost you $60+ in the first place? 150u gets me 250-300, which would cost $90 at rogers. Still a very good price. Wait until BF/BD if you want promotional prices.

Did you "lock in" a $150 giftcard too? Because that's what I got.

I have the 150Mbps plan and on speedtest I consistently score 300Mbps. HOWEVER, I don't believe 300Mbps is the real world speed. When downloading games for my xbox, the max I've seen is around 200Mbps for a brief period of time but mainly it hits on average 120-150Mbps. This also holds true for other services.

Yeah I get this too, but apparently Rogers throttles YouTube and 4k YouTube videos won't play without constant buffering unless you use a VPN.

Sad that they've raised the price as it's been $32.50 for the last 3 years for me. Every year, once my plan is about to expire, I go through chat, or this year called retentions, and they add the 50% discount back on.
