So I have chatted with live persons 3 times about my $150 amazon gift card and they all promised the same thing — only to fail to deliver it for 3 months now. Whats with the empty promises and the live reps actually just talked and not doing anything? I asked to escalate to manager and they all refused??

my friend got all of his gift cards. says it was in junk mail.

I had to go that way also after 2 months of back and forth with Fido CSR .
Filed a complaint and the Office of President got in touch 2 weeks later . After 2 more weeks that Visa offer was still not coming , they gave me a $200 credit on my internet account instead to settle it .

Now , after that being settled after over 2 months , last week I received ....... that friggin Visa card offer lol .

Swear Fido can’t get their act together sometimes

I try to avoid "gift card bonuses" because of reasons like this. Not all places, but many.

Most of the time it's automated and employees have no control of it.

I wish you the best of luck with this. I would also try asking for credit on your account instead.
Here to buy stuff I don't need
