Called in to log a ticket as well. Agent attempt to troubleshoot by getting me to update to latest iOS, but that did not resolve the issue.

He said it was his second time hearing about this issue. Would also encourage anyone with the issue to call in and add to the ticket queue so they know this is a problem.

Fido call me this morning and let them reset the password. So that they can test my login ID and they will get back to me when they are done testing. So far no email yet or phone call.
