Last week I phoned Fido about an issue with the $30 addon for an extra 3gb not being removed. I was on the $50 5GB legacy plan from 2017. I managed to get $15 in credit overage charges down but I told them how I wanted to move carriers because of my overage charges the past 3 months. The agent put me on hold for a minute and gave me the option of switching to this plan. I am located in Toronto and have had my current plan for 1.5 years so I dont know what the requirements are here.

The $60/10GB plan was open to the public some months ago (last year?) from all carriers, and is now a retentions plan that they offer. I got it on Koodo a few weeks ago.
