Looks like you can get 8GB for $35 in Quebec City and Gatineau (for 12 months - price goes up to $45 after): https://www.fido.ca/promotions/quebec

The way the discount adds to cart, I'm guessing anyone in QC can take advantage of this though.

How are they still commercializing these 3G plans? Not even LTE

I’m getting 100mbps right now on fast.com using their data. It says LTE on my phone.
