Because it is not a promo for existing customers. New customers only.
You are going to have to switch to another provider that is offering the same deal or spend a good chunk of your time talking to Fido retentions to get the plan.
Good luck!

You don't know what hoops this user jumped to get the deal or he/she actually did indeed get the plan as stated. Let's get @V2Gcap to elaborate or show proof.

This particular promo/deal is for new customers only.
I know because I've seen the internal memo for this offer. This offer is a multi-cultural offer for the Lunar New Year, only available at certain locations in-store or if you know certain reps. Not available online or via the phone hence not openly available or advertised by any on the subsidiary brands via the Big 3.

I don't see any details on the Koodo offer as well.
I don't understand why people are referring to something with no link or details.

It is an unadvertised offer, only available at certain locations in the GTA or via word of mouth or if you know a particular rep.

Did you go today Feb 11? Any ideas when is this available until?
I went there on Sunday Feb 10. They were very busy and three guys were running between customers non-stop.
This deal certainly is not advertised at all, not even at this location. I had to mention that one of my friends got this deal. Face With Stuck-out Tongue And Tightly-closed Eyes
