They are only using the word "OR" when referencing the purchase of a medium or large sub, followed by the word "AND". Perhaps I'm over analyzing it but it just seem that way.

With the purchase of an additional medium "OR" large sub, chips "AND" drink.
The last "AND" should have been "OR" to make it seem like it's any of them but instead they used the word "AND".
