I am interested in getting my first wearable primarily for the advance health features -- ECG, Afib, SPO2, sleep apnea etc. (I don't know how well they work, but I want to try). I discovered that for many (most? all?) devices, many features e.g. ECG-related ones are not actually available in Canada, because they need some government health certification and companies don't want to incur the cost/work for an insignificant market like Canada. Can someone point out what devices actually have all those advertised features in Canada? (I think Apple Watch may have them, but I use Android phone.)

I pay for internet, cell service, Netflix, Amazon prime outside of necessary monthly bills (hydro, property tax etc.).

Google Nest sucks so bad... imagine paying $250 for one camera and then having to pay $8 a month or whatever to access the recordings... lmao. Go with Eufy.
