I search on Google for repair phone screen scratch. There are many results about using toothpaste and baking soda. Anyone has actual experience result?

Basically it makes more tiny scratches to hide the big scratch. Whether or not thats worth it to you, is up to you.

No actual experience, but most modem phones have some kind of coating on the screen. Polishing it with toothpaste or baking soda will probably make it a lot worse.

Did you try putting a screen protector to hide the scratch if it isn't very deep?

Have you ever used baking soda to scrub a dirty pot with burnt residue? Have you noticed how well that works? That's because baking soda is abrasive, right? Do you want to treat your phone like a dirty burnt pot?
