Flat Rate MLS Listing For Condo Rental?

Hi RFDer, I am thinking to put my condo up for rent but not sure if I want to go through an RE agent. I may just do the showing myself. Would you recommend using a flat fee mls listing for rental and if so, any service to recommend?

Thanks! I’m in Toronto area

It would usually be the renter’s agent who does showings.the real estate commission would be split between the listing brokerage and the cooperating brokerage.

As above says a split is normal. Don’t think a flat rate service exists. You can use Kijiji or another free service. Unlike buyers many renters are fine to do it on their own so you mostly just miss corporate relocations going it alone without listing mls.

Thanks for the reply all. Yea I just realized the 1 month rent goes to both listing and the renters agent.
I also stumble upon listedbysellers, do you guys think by listing there would mean half the rent goes renter and the landlord can have the other half?
