[Canadian Tire] Flexi Storage System $4.99 In-Store At Canadian Tire YMMV

I went to the Canadian Tire at Centerpoint Mall today to buy the Flexi Storage System, and it scanned for $4.99. The website lists the price at $29.99, so I have no idea if it will scan for $4.99 at other Canadian Tire locations. Anyway, I figured some people might be interested in getting it at this price. It's made out of plastic, so it doesn't have great sturdiness. However, it's very flexible to use for storage (it doesn't have to be used for shoes), and for $4.99 it's not very expensive.

Thanks OP. Confirmed in West Kelowna. Between me and my neighbour we cleaned them out. For $5 per set it's not a bad deal. I bought 6 and that covered all shoes for myself, my wife and 2 kids. Very flexible and easy to reconfigure shelves. For stability I'd give it a 3 out of 5. Good enough for shoe cleanup! Can't imagine anybody spending full price on these though...

Canadian Tire overprices their merchandise to create the illusion of a "good deal" when it goes on sale.

I would have assumed that it was an error on the cashier's behalf due to improper training if the person above me didn't just post that.

How would this attract spiders, any differently than any other storage system? We have shelves in our cold cellar and there are spiders there sometimes too.
The first rule of RFD is, you do not talk about RFD.

Went to Ajax just now and scanned at $29.99. Really was looking forward to it, definitely YMMV deal. Thanks for sharing though OP.

Went to CT, found the kit but it only has enough pieces to create one of the configurations pictured, not all 3.

$4.99 is barely a deal so I passed.

This was on sale for 4.93 @ Kitchener Sunrise. Surprisingly mens shoes does not slide easily into these racks upright (doesn't seem wide enough) and my feet are not large by any means (size 9). I did assemble a few above my closet shelf and for the price, I think it's worth it. Seems sturdy enough.
