Floor Mounted Bottom Pivot - Front Porch Glass Door

Hi,
The house came with frameless glass front porch installed by the previous owner 4-5 years ago.
The floor mounter pivot of the glass door is already rusted. Stainless steel hardware should have been used. Can you tell from the photos if it is bad and immediate repair/replace is needed? Any recommendation where/who I could call to get it repaired/replaced? How much could it cost? There is also a rubber spacer underneath of the steel plate if it helps.
Thanks.

You can sand it down and apply some rust paint. It is still function and probably not noticeable.

just change the rusted pivot bracket with a stainless/rustless steel piece, and it wont happen again

That pivot looks pretty corroded for 5 years. Does water puddle in that area? Lots of rain exposure?

It s exposed to rain and snow but it would dry after. I think the part is not supposed to be used outdoor.
