Likely cannot PM at other stores as stores allowing PM's ( No Frills, Freshco Walmart) do not PM xx items for yy dollars sales as per policy. Only sales with stipulated price per item or per unit of weight.

gr8 price though if you can find at FB

Never had an issue PMing such sales. This is a price per item, 2 for 99 cents.

There was a time I tried to PM something 2 for $4, at RCSS. They said they don't PM like that because they don't calculate like that. I had 2 and told the lady it's obvious it's $2 each, or 2 for $4, which way is easier for her. She wouldn't budge. I called RCSS customer services that day to complain. She said she'll look into it.

After that, I saw people able to PM those things. I also just did it last week at RCSS.

So try again, at least in RCSS.
