250g Greek Yogurt + 1 scoop Protein Powder + 1/3 cup of Pumpkin + 1 tsp of Cinnamon. It's like icecream but close to 50g of protein per serving.

Does anyone recall price at Costco? It is 2 tubs of 1kg. I usually buy at Costco, but wondering what is cheaper

You are not comparing apple to apples.....

Costco only carries 0% and maybe 2% --They DON'T carry the 5% option which is the preferred choice for most low carb/keto folks.

Note that this often goes on sale at Walmart, at least once a month.

Costco=0.51/100 ml
Food Basics=0.52/100 ml

If you make smoothies, Costco is cheaper when there are no sales.

You didn't factor in the cost of membership.

With Liberté at Food Basics or price matching and the coupon, this is super hot! Loading up!!

Ive never done protein powder in greek yogurt, usually oatmeal. Sift it in slowly so it doesn't clump?

Pumpkin puree is getting popular like apple cider vinegar.

I've been trying to pick plain yogurts with fewer ingredients. Liberte's skyr Icelandic for example.

The ones I've seen at Costco are Liberte but not Greek yogurt, I made this mistake once ...
