No social distancing for cheap corn

I also wouldn't want to dig through the mountain of corn that everyone has touched, that's just a bad idea

You’d have to wear full hockey gear when they open the doors on this at our local food Basics. They once had chicken legs at $.50 a pound and it was like a cage fight with a lot of participants. Resellers I’m thinking.

oh, you can get infected if you simply touch a cob of corn someone has touched? The virus must be getting more deadly all the time.

I hope they pre bag this isht and not a big mountain. This is asking for trouble with ppls grimey hands all over.

I like what they did with the bakery stuff at some grocery stores, all pre packaged.

And also with nuts and candy. All prepackaged. This should be too.

Uh, yes. In fact the virus can transmit through any hard surface.
Why do you think retailers are sanitizing everything they can ?

I dont really get the fear mongering on corn. Pick the pieces, take it home and wash it and peel off the husk. No one is touching the part you eat like bulk foods or bakery items. Its no different then any other fruit/vegetable in the grocery store if not better then most that you eat the skin of.

it's the people that insist on husking the corn in store that create the problems.

I wouldn't husk it at the store but definitely peel it back slightly to see if there's mold and if the niblets are yellow. I won't buy any of the ones that are already husked by other customers.

Watch the covid-19 curve rise! I would rather pay a little bit more elsewhere.
Koodo $40/6GB
Public Mobile $40/15GB, $35/20GB, lot less with rewards

Yes, if you stick your fingers in your mouth after, it's not high risk but it's still possible. It's why some stores have signs saying not to touch produce you aren't going to buy.
