https://www.salewhale.ca/en/flyers/50-2 ... d-half-ham - 5.99 price seems ok

https://www.salewhale.ca/en/flyers/50-2 ... tion-chops - 3.49 add montreal steak spice and let marinate at least 12hrs (24 prefer or I've done 48hrs) then grill. Save bones for stock.

For some reason never did like the flipp app the first time around. I had it a few weeks ago but uninstalled it when my phone's HD was full. I like salewhale.ca but they don't have an Android app yet but thier website loads will on my phone.

Yep. the Walnuts and Pistachios are great prices for sure.

The chicken breasts is the frozen nasty ones.

When Food Basics had a great deal on fresh chicken breasts 2 weeks ago my local Food Basic had none on the shelves, and seemed rationing it or refusing to put out more at that price.
