I went to Food Basics about an hour ago, 25 load bottles were $5.99, 48 load bottles were $10.99, and no 96 load bottles. Didn't see any correction notices.

I'm sure you could argue that the flyer says all sizes are $5.99.
the caveat of "selected varieties" in ad lets them designate which sizes are $5.99

IMO this is an abuse of advertising or falsely misleading the public if you are going to deliberately publish such an unclear and vague ad that can be misinterpreted by the customer to make a sale at a higher price in store ... the range of price should have been printed instead like other ads otherwise.
I'd rather be outdoors camping, kayaking, and mountain biking ...

Looks like Walmart online is sold out. Received 3 today, one was leaking. Will exchange it at a Walmart store in a few days.

I asked them to ship to store. Just incase they didn't honor the price match, to return right on the spot

Walmart store manager was nice enough to override the price. She agreed the flyer should’ve been more specific, but said it’s fine.

Good point.

I don't see it as abusing the price match policy. At best, a grey area. And if grey, they wrote the "contract" (price match policy so you shop here) and any grey area of a contract is to be read to the benefit of the party that didn't write it. And makes up for the price matches they wouldn't honour, that they should have.

I hear you and I know exactly what you mean. They think it's like coming out of their pay.
A while ago I price matched Gay Lea butter on sale for $2.77. The flyer said, selected varieties, 454 grams, it showed the foil wrapped package. I brought the one with the cardboard package and she didn't know if she could do the price match. The manager came over and he said to the cashier and myself, we price match as long as it falls within, the grams, mls, loads etc. Even if it says selected varieties.
