i dont think you get it.vortex240 wrote: ↑ Yeah! - that gives you only 20km one way for a commute... do you realize that?
Anyone that actually NEEDS a full size pickup will want more than just a less than 20km radius, to operate in. If you live even just slightly north of GTA, that is nowhere close to enough. If you use it for business use, you are most likely to put 3x that km a day.
Ohh, let me guess you really NEED a full size truck for a ocasional grocery run in the surbs? - Great! ..this is a deal for you! Sign here________
the reason the residual is so high on this offer and it is a deal is because they actually expect 95% of people will use for for an occasional grocery run or an easy commute. and Ford is hoping to flip these in 2 years and make up the money there
they dont want to buy back a truck with 70000km in 2 years which has been used in construction
for anyone who NEEDS a fullsize truck, to do fullsize truck things -- this deal is not for you.

you are aware that this is a lease, meaning you can return the truck after 2 years and go buy a cybertruck,,,
Also, I won't be surprised that in 2023 when the lease expires that Ford will offer you another lease for cheap like a hybrid/PHEV/ BEV truck

I have an early deposit on a tri-motor cybertruck. Its a win win for me. I need a truck now for RV, my lease is up on my 2018 Leaf, and the cybertruck or F150 EV is not ready yet until 2 years.
And having a ford means you can get incentives for the ford EV when it comes out.. Cant wait to take my Lariet 502A 3.5L Twin Turbo truck out!

Do you think the Cybertruck will arrive before or after the 2nd generation Tesla Roadster is available?
You know, the one they announced was "coming soon" in 2014, and collected deposits for in 2017.
"soon"

Except for the funky business with the FX4/Sport/20" wheels I guess. Someone posted earlier, maybe you, that that combo actually is the same price or less when added to the normal 502A config.
Are there any other options that cause some fun "backroom magic" in the numbers or are they all straight up costing 32% of the option cost? Like I see a lot of people adding B&O Unleashed for some reason. That's an $800 option so should add $256 to the cost of the lease.
Also does changing the km to 20k just change the residual or are there other costs involved? A lot of the recent examples are with 20k....someone said the residual is a % lower @ 20k. But is that it?

The FX4/20" is the only bonus for options they have. It drops 1% going to 20K lease and another 2% going to 25k.Drew_W wrote: ↑ Except for the funky business with the FX4/Sport/20" wheels I guess. So options on a lease should never cost the full price?

Does anyone know if the FX4 package includes floor mats? I saw people talking about this in one of the f150 forums but the Ford builder does not mention anything. Thanks!

I opted for the 5.5 box, 6.5 was no additional.
No additional other than what’s in the 502a and fx4 package. Besides what I posted originally.

I have been in 5 different Ford dealerships over the last 2 week and can say they are really pushing hard for the leasing options. Driving 35-40k a year it really isn't an option for me. Wish they would have better incentives on the F150 but they had been selling so many with their preproduction orders there was no need. Kind of crazy to spend $70k on the 150 XLT when you can hop into a super duty for a couple thousand more (with fewer options), but the super duty won't fit in our driveway. Fingers crossed for deals before camping season starts, need a new tow vehicle

Awesome the build I am thinking of is similar to yours but I do want something other than the FX4. Were they flexible with options?ThomasS231398 wrote: ↑ I opted for the 5.5 box, 6.5 was no additional.
