Forgot Benq projector password

I need some help - 4 weeks ago my projector lamp exploded and I needed to order a new one. The new one took more than 4 weeks to come and when it came and installed it I realized that I forgot the password that I setup for the projector. I have a Benq HT2050. Does somebody know anything about how to do about this? I already did the password recall procedure but that gives you a scrambled code and I should contact Benq service center. But with this situation they are not responding.
