Former Rogers/Fido employee discount question

Hi there,

I currently have a 30% off former Fido employee discount for 2 years. Would anyone know if I would be able to keep the discount if I switched my plan to a new one? I will be keeping the same line, just interested in a current Boxing Day promo plan.

30% is NOT employee discount, it might be EPP but NOT employee discount.

My understanding is the discount is associated with the line, not the plan. So as long as you keep the same line, the 30% discount should be applicable regardless of the plan.

I think you lose it after 2 years... i used to have the employee discount for rogers... and once no longer working for rogers, it was the 30% discount. After 2 years, the credits were removed. This happened to me back in 2018. I had to renegotiate new discounts... luckily my work place has Rogers EPP.
