There isn't a Fortino's near me, so I PM with RCSS.

This is ymmv due to some stores like nofrills ones In the gta price match many stores while ones in like say Newmarket only have 2-3 in the end it depends if the cashier doesn’t know that

Oh good, so I can pay a good price on milk but pay inflated prices on everything else; fortinos more expensive than Loblaws branded stores.

Is my only choice for PM at a Weston family owned store? I try to avoid that family wherever possible, pretty sure the other groups all carry different brands of milk.

It's YMMV for price matching.
You're limited to Retailers who sell Neilson Trustaste milk. And as you mention, it's the Loblaws group. NF, RCSS, Loblaws, Shoppers Drug Mart.
However, Loblaws doesn't PM. NF and RCSS has a limited list of grocery stores they PM (YMMV).

Sobeys, Metro, Freshco, Food Basics doesn't sell Neilson Trutaste.

I PMed it yesterday at No Frills but note the flyer says 2L lactose free or 4L Chocolate milk, selected varieties. There is a picture of 2% but typically flyers have the disclaimer that the description prevails over the picture. The cashier who was new questioned it and the neighbouring cashier said ok, though she may not have seen the precise wording. I pointed out to the cashier that it was poorly worded but it says selected varieties and I checked Fortinos website and regular milk was included. I was buying 1%.
