fyi 190/50 sucks compared to 190/55

Thanks OP. I needed a new front tire so this was perfect. Ordered a pirelli tire for $144 incl tax and free shipping, seems like a great price.

First time shopping for tyres. My 2017 Yamaha R3 needs Front :-110/70-R17, Rear :-140/70-R17 tubeless tyres.

Will the "Michelin City Grip Scooter Rear Tire" in "140/70-14 68S" fit my R3 rear tyre?

No. No way you will fit 14" tire on 17" rim.

Yes, width, aspect ratio and rim diameter. R17 means you need 17" tire. Scooter have smaller wheels (13-14") plus scooter tires are not rated for motorcycle use. Shop around, check gtam forums plenty of info there.
