Ugh ended up getting a refund, never delivered and lost in FedEx hell. Too bad, was looking forward to these

Ended up buying one as a Christmas present and it turned out to be broken.
I've talked to 3 different agents (on the phone and chat) with no luck getting it replaced.
I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service from Fossil.
