You imply that it’s “free” ?

All Fido accounts have this offer somewhere in an email or account information or text message or Fido Xtra.

Hi there,

I am on Post Paid Cellphone + Tablet plan, and I got the deal.

Pre-Authorized Payment == Auto Payment.

Like you, I already had pre-authorized payment setup ever since I joined Fido (more than 3 months ago).

However, I had to "claim" the reward inside of Fido's My Account iOS App.

Below is the screenshot taken from my phone:

<Missing Screenshot 1> - Click on the link to start the process - Sorry, I didn't think of taking that first screenshot and now I can't see it because I've already claimed my reward, but I started my process in the same image as OP's photo.

<Screenshot 2> - The next page will ask you to "SETUP AUTOMATIC PAYMETNS NOW". At this step, I was asking myself "WTF? I already had Pre-Authorized Payment setup"... Anyway, I clicked on the big yellow link to "Setup Automatic Payments Now", which will take me to my account billing section. I was confused and just clicked on LOGON to my account just to be certain, and then click on the back page. The interesting part is that it states there are 2 types of Automatic Payments. When I'm in my account billing section, I can see that there are PreAuthorized Credit Card Payment [Option 1] and PreAuthorized Debit Payment [Option 2].

<Screenshot 3> - Success! Somehow my logging onto my Fido account on Step 2 somehow updated my status, and now I have can claim the $10 giftcard, which I chose Apple Itune Card. Then I just have to click on LEARN MORE link as there was no "submit button". Bingo, the next link will display the iTune Card Code that I can use.

I did this 3 days ago and it still says "You will get to choose a 10$ reward". There are still 4 days left for it to arrive I guess.
