Thanks OP, I got it Does anyone know how long this is for and if I can change my plan and keep it? I'm currently on a $55/month medium plan and am considering changing plans to the $50/month 9GB plan currently on offer as a BYOD but could even go for less if I can keep this bonus.

I'm on winback $50 15gb , last offer was $65 20gb or $75 30gb I didn't take it , yesterday when I logged in and offered me 10gb bonus... Now 15+10gb sweet deal ...

I never get these probably because I'm on contract and they know I have to stay until the end of my contract. Going to chat with someone to see if they can add something.

That's likely. I'm on a Small tier plan, so not getting big offers. I am tempted to get a new iPhone 8 through Fido for $10/mo, but that locks me into them for 24 mos and if I want to break, I would pay full price of that old iPhone, rather than the tempting $240 offer they have on it now. So, yes, I think I'll end up buying a used iPhone 8 for more and keep an ability to negotiate/switch later, if needed. Either that or I need to negotiate a plan I'd be happy with for 2 years. I'm currently on $35/1GB + 2GB (24 mos) + 3GB (3 mos). What carrier and plan were you on before Fido offered the winback?
I originally called fido few days ago to see if they can offer me something similar to the recent Shaw Mobile promotion, but nothing. So I took the Shaw Mobile $45 plan. Now Fido emails me back saying someone will be in contact with me to see if they can win me back.

I received this offer through the app as well however it was only on one of my lines. I’m trying to chat with them right now to see if they will add it on my other line. Currently on a $40 5GB plan with 3 months left on my contract for both lines.

Looks like only one of my lines is eligible even though both lines are on the same plan, same contract end date and basically have very similar usage. Would have been nice to have both lines eligible but one is better then nothing.
