[Burger King] Free Burger King French Fries

Free sample of the new lower calorie french fries at Burger King. In English Canada, these crinkly-cut fries are called Gratifries, while in Quebec they’re called Magnifrites. In the U.S., they are called Satisfries.

In Canada a free sampling promotion will be launched for a limited time. Those interested can sample them free on four consecutive Fridays from noon to 2 p.m., on Oct. 11, Oct. 18, Oct. 25 and Nov. 1.
There is a limit of one free sample per customer per week.

I wonder if they contain beef fat/lard in the fries.

I'll have to give these a try at lunch. Hopefully they're good because their fries were never that great.

It's nice that they don't charge extra for the kids' meal option...not that I'd ever be able to convince my son to give up on a McDonald's Happy Meal in favour of BK. I do really like BK veggie burgers though...pair that with these fries and at least it's a slightly less-horrible fast-food indulgence!

Good to know, BK fries are 2nd worst after KFC. I wouldn't waste my quota for crappy original BK fries even for free, but will give Satisfries a try.

Sure hope so, maybe then we'd have some flavour! How come there's no carb info anywhere?

Why are they Satisfries in the US, Gratifries in English Canada, and Magnifrites in Quebec? Why 3 names for one product????
