There is usually fireworks at Dundas Square or City Hall which is like 5 min walk from the venue. It says online though that the big fireworks show is at Mel Lastmen Square near North York Centre.

With the free tickets, Is it first come first served?

It is first come first serve for seating. It is a big venue. So there should be enough room for everyone.

LOL! The funniest thing about the whole thing yesterday, as I had gone to 120 Diner and attended the show, was that we were like a total of 6 or 7 people in the audience for the show...3 of which were friends of one of the guys on the show and one was one of the guys on the show who came on later on stage, but had his fiancee with him where they sat at one of the tables.

Not many laughs were going on by the audience...but I tried to throw in a few mercy laughs and claps.

I know how hard it is to get on a stage and it's harder even in front of a smaller audience.

Since they were basically empty, nobody even needed tickets at the event because nobody asked for tickets. In fact, most of the comics on stage didn't even know that someone had posted tickets for it on EventBrite, including the Manager of the Diner. The MC came to me later and apologized for the show being kind of lame because they didn't have a larger audience as it was Canada Day.

Thanks for the 25% discount though...it saved me some money on the food I ordered...which basically went to the tip.

One of the Comics said to come back on Friday where it is usually more packed for another show.
