Free – Watch Antony and Cleopatra starring Ralph Fiennes and Sophie Okonedo

New stream uploaded - Antony and Cleopatra starring Ralph Fiennes and Sophie Okonedo

***** Last weeks is expired now ******

The critically acclaimed, star-studded production of "Frankenstein" will be viewable for free on the National Theatre YouTube channel this week.

The buzzed-about show made waves in 2011, when Benedict Cumberbatch ("Sherlock") and Jonny Lee Miller ("Elementary," "Trainspotting") famously alternated playing the Creature and the titular Victor Frankenstein.

Watch Benedict Cumberbatch play the Creature and Jonny Lee Miller play Victor Frankenstein:
Thursday, April 30 (11 a.m. PT, 2 p.m. ET) - Thursday, May 7 (11 a.m. PT, 2 p.m. ET)

Watch Jonny Lee Miller play the Creature and Benedict Cumberbatch play Victor Frankenstein:
Friday, May 1 (11 a.m. PT, 2 p.m. ET) - Friday, May 8 (11 a.m. PT, 2 p.m. ET)
Directed by Oscar winner Danny Boyle ("Trainspotting," "Slumdog Millionaire"), this production earned rave reviews upon its debut. "Cumberbatch's Creature is unforgettable ... it is an astonishing performance" (The Guardian).

Recommended for ages 12 and up.

It says "this week" so perhaps it will be available for the week.

Anyone watch it yet? I watched first bit yesterday just to preview it before I tune it in on my TV this weekend. Gotta say Mr Cumberbatch is quite "physical" in the first scene.

Might watch Mr. Lee Miller for the first bit today @ 2pm just to see how "physical" he is in comparison.

Saw the Benedict one and enjoyed it. Was surprised to learn the two main leads switched roles, and am planning to watch the other one tomorrow. :)

Thanks OP!
The beginning was a bit boring as it took him a full 10 minutes just to get up,
but the rest was action/suspense-packed and enjoyable.

Looking forward to what's in store for the upcoming week.
