Free cloud storage space suggestions for documents

Hi I am looking for suggestions for files storage in the cloud. Please note that I am not talking about pictures storage. I know there are bunch of them available giving quite a good storage space, like, Flickr (1 TB), Google photos (unlimited for "high quality" pictures). I am actually talking about storing documents, files, etc.

Most of the free ones don't go more than 10-15 GB, except mega.nz gives free 50 GB.

I was wondering if there's any such free cloud storage service available for at least 100-200 GB free storage for documents. Another trick could be making multiple accounts to increase storage, but that's what I am not looking for.
