Okay wait I just did this on desktop and it worked. Doesn't appear to work if you're just using Safari in iOS on an iPhone.

Can't speak to if it works properly if you're using the FB app.

Doesn't work always on Android mobile, while using Samsung browser, the link sends me to their recipe page but when I switched to desktop, it popped up the form properly.
