Good to know.

Also, kids 5 and under ride free all the time with a paying adult on Go Trains/Bus.

Reminder - TTC is always free for 12 and under. This deal makes a compelling argument to leave car at home on Family Day weekend if coming into the city

Thanks OP. This is awesome. Are there any free Family day activities in Downtown Toronto?

It was free for all ages on new years eve. Decided to try out UP for the first time. On the way home, the train engine died after departing union station. We waited two hours for a replacement train to come and for everyone to deboard safely. What a nightmare.

I had to laugh when the CSA's were making the annoucement about this promo during rush hour trains "Everyone loves a trainride..."

I wish they would of just offered a discounted family/group pass. I guess if you have teens you better take the car downtown!

I remember when monthly go pass riders (before presto) could take a companion for free on the weekends. Basically 2 for 1. Interesting how they quietly got rid of that perk.
