Just buy a few different ones until you find one you like.
nah... some people do make fake green tea. =\
They make packaging saying its been grown in a famous region, or is of a famous brand and inside its really just some cheap green tea. If your gonna pay $20 for a lil bit of tea you want it to be good at least if ur gonna shell out that $$$ for quality.

Chinese tea from supermarket which costs around $4 usually tastes bad/plain.

T&T Supermarket has tea from Taiwan which costs around $8 to $10 and it is alright.

Ten Ren/Assamiea's tea (usually from Taiwan) cost around $25+ and it tastes good.

Raymond Wong's tea comes from China and costs around $25++ and it tastes the best.

Japanese green tea costs around $4 - $8 and it tastes good.
You can find this brand at T&T, most Chinese supermarkets, No Frills:

Give it to a friend, family member or co-worker.. seems like a lot of trouble to meet up with someone just for a cheap box of green tea. (just saying)
