Microsoft product?

So let me get it straight:
Neat Office is the free office software in 2019

This software was Free in 2019 ... but won't be free after May 31, 2020 ... with a chance to get it before May 31, 2020 for Free?

How long will it be good for? ... and will it remain Free permanently ... or future version(s) / release(s) of this software won't be free any longer?

OK ... Thanks ...

Shortcut is created, I guess ... but the entire path is still hidden ... I could see it, if click on created shortcut and choose: Run as Administrator there ... Could have taken screenshot there ...

But didn't bother ... the path to the file seems hidden ... but, re: above mentioned, I saw there something like C:\Program Files\WindowsApps ... etc etc

But when I went to Program Files folder ... WindowsApps folder is not even shown there ... so all that kind of similar stuff is well hidden from the eyes of mere mortals.

But oh well ... Shortcut is created (that looks different from other "normal" shortcuts ... but it's shortcut never the less) ... So ... I'll just leave it at that then. :D

If you don't want to use Microsoft Office, why not just use OpenOffice or LibreOffice which are well established for support, trustworthy, and always free.

so I have a question about this free neat office, having had Microsoft word for years and wanting a cheaper alternative, I installed the Neat Office program, except now most of the pictures that I had in word as pdf format don't show up in neat office, any thoughts has to why or what I can do to fix this issue, my pictures are of leather patterns that I've downloaded from internet from various sources and friends.
