I signed up about 3 weeks ago and did not receive a phone call for pick up either. I had to email Shoppers support with my Order # and 3 days later, I picked it up in store. Make sure you email them to get a status update.

I ordered mine on Nov 20. I didn't get a phone call or anything. I just went to Shoppers last Monday on Dec 3rd and picked it up. Just give them a call to see if it's ready yet.

Sooooooo disappointed with how mine turned out. Pictures were duplicated and out of place so some of the captions don't match and it looks stupid! Pretty bad for about 5 hours work as the website kept freezing and crashing!!

Mine turned out fine. The CSR told me a number of books had not been picked up,
they had no phone numbers for the customers.
Pretty good quality.
4x6 prints are now $.10 each -- don't know deadline!

Package said $0.00 although the email that they sent said $14.99 after I had entered the code.
Suggest that you go to the store and enquire. If it's not there, they can tell you when the next shipments is due.
I went on Tuesday and they told me the next shipment was going to be on Thursday.
Looks really nice.

Ordered mine Nov 17 (had no phone number on mine either, so gave them my number after 4 times checking at the store) I ended up sending them an email & they said they had shipping issues and would reprint my book - the next day I got a call from the store that it had finally arrived - I picked it up on 14th and am wondering if I will see the reprint - will just have to wait and see - I have to agree the quality is pretty good(especially for free!)

I went to pick mine up as well and it came out pretty decent. They said I didn't input my phone number as well but I think that with all the people that didn't put their phone number when signing up it's not our fault it's the website's fault for not giving us that option.
