Opened my Uber Eats app to find FREE delivery for Scarborough!
Use Code : FREESCARBOROUGH

Unlimited deliveries, expires June 30,2018 at 11:59 pm ET.

Covers fees such as booking and busy area fees, but not food, drink, other order items, applicable taxes, or tips on a users order in Scarborough. Must apply the code in the Uber
Eats app before completing your order to receive this discount.

Just tried it and it does save you $4.99 (not the 65 cent tax) so you essentially pay 65 cents for delivery.

A lot of uber-like services have people who live in the suburbs and travel downtown for fares/delivery. All third party delivery services have been around the GTA in general for a long time though, maybe even at launch.
