Freedom - Getting different speeds on 2 different phones
i have a rough idea of the bands + freedom, however, i'm just confused because of the following:
I have 2 phones, nexus 5x and blu r1 plus, with freedom

if you take a look here, nexus 5x has all bands of blu r1 plus and more
however, when i run a speed test with the 5x, i get 1.0 Mbps
on the r1 plus, i get a 1.8 Mbps
On the 5x, the signal says LTE, whereas on r1 plus, I get 4G to add to the confusion
I dont think this should matter but 5x is on android 7.1.2 and r1 plus is on 6.0.0
this *might* matter, but I don't think it should, the r1 plus is on the 5gb/month tablet plan
